Building / Renovation Committee – The building / renovation committee is a team of people to build and renovate Our Dream. It consists of specialists for flooring, landscaping, roofing, HVAC, and many others.
Business Development Committee – This committee prospects for and acquires new clients and volunteers from various inbound and outbound lead sources. It assists in all aspects of the process by prospecting, cultivating, setting appointments, and managing leads.
Education & Training Committee – This committee is responsible for finding job and training opportunities for our participants. Additionally, this committee contacts companies to set up on-the-job training and education opportunities as necessary for our participants.
Finance Committee – The finance committee keeps track of the organization’s assets and liabilities. It prepares the annual budget and makes recommendations to the board. The finance committee also oversees the significant assets, investments, and tax strategies. All members of the finance committee should have some degree of financial expertise.
Fundraising Committee – The main responsibility of this committee is to manage and coordinate fundraising efforts, i.e. gaining corporate sponsors, philanthropists, large donors, grants, and endowments, as well as other ways of generating funds for the organization.
Marketing Committee – The marketing committee’s main responsibility is to raise awareness of the good work that Unbroken Dreams does by creating marketing campaigns, promoting events, creating advertising, and posting on social media platforms. It also manages all printed publications, such as brochures and flyers as well as manages the website and monthly newsletters.
Program Development Committee – This committee is responsible for developing our program, classes, and meetings that will allow our participants to move from dependency to self-sufficiency.
